I have the honor to forward herewith

the Proceedings of a Board of Survey held at the Colonial Treasury, on the first of October, with the requisite Certificate attached. It was not possible for

me to sign the Certificate until Treasurer Martin had completed his Accounts.

Enclosure No: 2, is the report of Survey held on the Treasury Vault, according to the instructions, which require that such Survey should be held twice in each year, at uncertain periods.
